Each product supplied to you by eurobrands.online is compliant to all mandatory products standards of the UK and  European Union, whether concerning electrical, chemical & food safety or electromagnetic fields & compatibility.

 

OUR DELIVERY COMMITMENT

We deliver EVERYWHERE in the United Kingdom.
Delivery to customer's place of choice is normally FREE-OF-CHARGE with the purchase, however a minimum order value is required.

Where order value is less than the required minimum, a delivery charge is applied.

Delivery lead time is 2-3 working days, depending on location.

We are pleased to customize delivery times to customer needs. Please feel free to provide us with your preferred time slots when placing your order.

 

THE FINE PRINT

Please provide us with timely advance notice if you are unable to take delivery of an item. 

Where delivery is attempted twice as instructed but is unsuccessful, we do reserve the right to require you to collect your consignment directly from our designated premises OR to cancel your purchase and refund your purchase price, less an administrative charge in the amount of 3% of the total value of your purchase, in order to cover administrative and banking fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order without obligation anytime by notice to either of the following: 

Please however note that as soon as your order is fully paid, unless you have expressly suspended delivery, your consignment enters into the delivery phase. 

When refunding your purchase price, we accordingly reserve the right to deduct an administrative charge up to an amount of 3% of the total value of your purchase.  Such refund to be made within 30 days to the credit card / Paypal / Bank account used in conjunction with the payment.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our Customer Service Team will contact you to assist in determining where you can deliver your appliance or at your option, collection at our behest for a modest fee. 

As a prerequisite, all returned products must be in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used. 

When a Return Request has been accepted, we will send a Return Confirmation to you by email. Thereafter we will make a refund of your payment within 30 days, to the credit card used to place the order.
